Precautions for Handling Solvent Cement

• Solvent Cement for PVC Pipes & Fittings as per IS 14182:1994.
  Available in plastic PET bottles of 25 ml, 50 ml, 100 ml, 250 ml, 500 ml, and 1 L. It is also available in 5 L jerry cans, 30 L carboys, and 200 L barrels.
• Solvent Cement for Plastochem Freeflow ASTM Pipes & Fittings is available in tins of 50 ml, 118 ml, 237 ml, 473 ml, and 946 ml.
• Solvent Cement for KML Classic CPVC Pipes & Fittings is available in tubes and tins of 29.5 ml, 59 ml, 118 ml, 237 ml, and 473 ml.

Product Highlights

• Heavy-bodied, medium-setting, high-strength, low-VOC CPVC solvent cement.
• Designed for all grades and types of CPVC pipes and fittings up to 12" (305 mm) diameter, schedule 40 & schedule 80 interference fit.
• Specially formulated for CPVC or PVC industrial piping systems that require chemical resistance to acids, bases, caustics, hypochlorite solutions, water, and aqueous salt solutions.
• Primer is strongly recommended for pipe diameters >3” (76 mm).
• Meets ASTM F-493 & D-2846 standard requirements.
• Complies with SCAQMD Rule 1168/316A and qualifies for LEED® Green Building requirements.
• Brookfield Viscosity: Minimum 1600 cP.
